A medium length necklace, where I combined a fine chain and a big pendant. Silver, blue and amethyst mauve for a piece that represents one of the cites where the famous Orient Express train use to stop. I chosen Istanbul, also known as Constantinople, the capital of the Byzantine Empire.
So, I combined the dark blue of the Black Sea, the amethyst of the sun downs and the byzantine chain.

The pendant is decorated with amethyst chips and seed beads woven with silver plated wire on a perforated disk and silver plated beads. Assembled by hand.
